Kingdom Plaza Mall has a 2,600 square foot
Banquet Hall Venue with a stage and audio/visual system available for rentals:
Theater Seating Capacity - 200 Guest Maximum
Banquet Seating Capacity - 180 Guest Maximum
Rental Packages:
Basic - 4 hours + 2hours for set-up and 1 hour for breakdown. Includes tables, chairs, audio, and screen usage.
$250 - Damage Deposit (refundable)

Fifty percent (50%) of the base rental rate is required and non-refundable for booking reservations on each unit. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
There is a required $250 Damage Deposit for the rental of each unit. This amount is refundable after the assessment of the venue reflects no damages at the time of rental. If damages are found at the time of post event inspection, the damage assessment will be deducted from the $250 deposit.
